Business clients who upload contact lists are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from their end-users before sending WhatsApp messages. Mosubsi Technologies acts as a data processor in such cases. Clients must comply with WhatsApp's policies and applicable laws when using WAMOSY for outbound communications.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following lawful purposes:

WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data
WAMOSY operates as an authorised technology provider using the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. When you use our platform to send messages, the following applies:
- Messages are transmitted through Meta's infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Terms of Service.
- WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit between sender and recipient on supported message types.
- Message delivery status data (sent, delivered, read) is provided to us by Meta and displayed in your dashboard.
- We do not sell or rent your WhatsApp contact lists or message data to any third party.
- Phone numbers and message content processed through WAMOSY are stored only as necessary for service delivery and reporting.
